We got a call yesterday that Maddy had taken her dad to Alta Ridge ER yesterday afternoon. He was not feeling well. Sugar levels out of wack, back hurting and said his left side was numb. Mindy was in Cedar City and made an immediate trip home. She was supposed to be presenting at a conference for the next two days but had to cancel her classes. After some preliminary testing they transported Jeff via ambulance to St. Marks where they are keeping him for observation and pumping liquids and insulin in him. Mindy indicated that they did an MRI which came back with good results and are now waiting for other lab results before they release him. Hopefully he will be able to go home tomorrow. Keep your brother/uncle in your prayers, family.
