Idaho–Day 2

I have to post here that there was a little frustration on Neal’s and Lyndsy’s part.  Neal being the great scouter that he is and loving to cook outdoors popped out of bed bright and early (I believe at 5:45 a.m.) and proceeded to get a fire going, set up the grill, get hash browns, eggs and bacon cooking in the dutch oven.  When the rest of us started rolling out of bed at the reasonable camping time of 8:00 or 8:30, I found out that Neal had already knocked on Lyndsy door (yes before the sun was quite up) to ask some question.  Don’t know what it was.  Lyndsy came in where we were sleeping (our bedroom – we were kind of up) and started mumbling about dad cooking what he wasn’t supposed to and there wasn’t going to be enough food, etc. etc.  I tried my best to reassure her that there was plenty of food and that we would just switch breakfast menus and all would be well.  Neal was not happy that everyone was still sleeping he had breakfast ready!!  Oh my goodness.  I ran from Lyndsy to Neal to tell him to slow down a bit and wait for instructions in the future.  As it turned out, people started wandering out of the pods, breakfast was made and enjoyed, lunches were made and we were on our way to the Shoshone Falls and Dierkes Lake Park in Twin Falls Idaho.  I might add here that it was the day of the family shirts.

Maren had a great idea to take pictures of all the grandchildren in the tree with all their different color shirts.  Great idea Maren and the pictures turned out great!  Well, Boston wasn’t loving it.  That is why we don’t have a family tree picture with the Cutlers.  Grayson disappeared on Jeff and Mindy so they didn’t have one either.  I just snapped a side shot.
