The long awaited day for the arrival of our California family is finally here. 
Emmi couldn’t wait until Sunday when the whole family was getting together to see Peyton so she got a ride into Salt Lake and is staying with us for the weekend. Maren also came buy just before Tucker’s family got here so we had a nice welcoming committee for them.
They brought pizza and bread sticks with them and Emmi and I had cut up a watermelon. We all ate, talked, laughed and just enjoyed totally enjoyed being with each other. We miss these kids and love any time we all get to spend with them. Jamie reminded us that this is the 10th year they have been coming every summer.
Emmi and Peyton forever attached to each other. These times will be long remembered! After dinner, we spent the evening visiting and catching up. Jamie had some news to share with the girls. If you don’t know, you will have to ask.

This picture doesn’t really do justice to the situation. I couldn’t get everyone in the picture at once, but it so reminded me of years long past. Everyone ready for bed and slowly all coming into the parents bedroom. Jordyn Lyn isn’t in the picture but she was there and Neal was sitting in his chair. Yup, we had the whole family there to say goodnight!
