Saturday events

Neal fixed breakfast for everyone.  We had hash browns, scrambled eggs, bacon, tang and milk.  There was nothing left over.  Everyone was starving and ready to be filled.  After breakfast, a small group of us decided to go on an easy hike.

Here is a picture of "happy Andrew".  Needless to say, he did not want to go on the hike but was told he had to.  Not sure he enjoyed any part of it.  

 Annie's shirt has the compass on it so Tucker got out his compass and turned Annie so that her shirt was exactly due North with the compass.

After the hike we played a couple table games.  One was a hands game that Tucker taught us and the other was spoons.  Fun times with all the kids.

 Lunch was prepared and served by Maren and Greg.  Delicious sandwiches and cookies.  It was a perfect way to end a perfect trip.  After lunch we began cleaning up and packing, ready to call our trip over.  I think everyone had a great time and it will be fun to do it again.

 This is a picture of our group (Greg is taking the picture) along with our camp supervisors.  They are from Midway and new Lila Mae and they remember me when I used to come up every summer and stay with Lila Mae.  Elder and Sister Parks.  Her name was Dixie.  She told me that she knew immediately who I was by my eyes.  They reminded her of Lila Mae.  I got that exact same comment from one of Susan's co-workers last week.

 Beautiful Heber Valley coming down from the camp sight.  Thanks to all the family who made this such a fun weekend.  We love you all!
