Fun Dessert

The girls at work and I went to a place at the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon called The Porcupine.  It is a hamburger place that the skiers often go to when coming down from the canyon after skiing.  We had a delicious hamburger and fries and then decided that we needed to share this delicious dessert.  It is chocolate ice cream covered in dark chocolate and shaped like a porcupine.  Not only presented perfectly but tastes delicious.  I have to take Neal there some time just so he can experience the dessert.
