Neal has been busy all week getting neckerchief sliders made for two more Eagle Scouts in our Stake. One of the boys always wears bow ties on Sunday and he loves them. So Neal decided to carve him a bow tie. The other boy collects all kinds of socks – yes you read it right – socks. Apparently, his mother said that he has quite a collection of all kinds of socks. So, of course, Neal decided to carve this young man some socks for his neckerchief slide. Here are pictures of in the processed and finished. I love how they begin to take on a personality all their own as he puts detail in them and paint.
