Neal and his Plumeria Bush! A flower is born!!

I don’t know how many hears we have had this bush and for how many years it has been inside for the winter and outside for the summer, upstairs for more warmth and back downstairs for more sunshine, etc. etc.  Neal has babied this plant to the point of obsession!  Well,  his will to have it bloom has finally paid off.  He was so excited last week when he noticed a completely different formation on the bush.  He watched it each day and it finally showed to be a flower.  His plant is actually going to flower.  Here is a picture of the very first Plumeria flower blooming!  As you can see, there are dozens of buds but this is the first one to open.’'  Congratulations Neal!
