A visit with Taylor

Neal and I hustled up to Primary Children's to visit with Taylor.  She had a crowd full of her friends and as one group was leaving another group came in.  She certainly isn't lacking for friends. It was so good to see her dressed and happy and energetic.  She has set her goal to be out of the hospital in 4 weeks instead of 8 weeks.  She is learning to take care of herself and her needs.

I am so happy things are going as well as they are.  Isn't it awesome that when we are driven to our knees, the teachings that have been given become more clear and we find a way to reconnect with Heavenly Father.  I know Taylors recovery is because of her but also because of so many prayers that have been offered in her behalf.  She seems to be focused, not on what she lost, but on what she has, her blessings and that will be the catalyst for a great a marvelous miracle in her life if she will let it continue.  I think she will do something astounding!
She said that she is going on her first outing from the hospital this weekend.  She along with her parents is going downtown to do some shopping.  She is very excited to be out of the hospital for a day.
