Taking down 2015 after bringing in the New Year

Thursday evening Neal and I went to the Bridge Center to play bridge and bring in the New Year.  We had a fun evening and for a change didn't come in at the bottom of the bridge players scores.  We got home about midnight.  It was a nice evening and a quiet way to bring in the New Year.

Friday morning we got up at our leisure and decided that we might as well take advantage of the extra day and take down Christmas.  It doesn't take as long to put things away as it does to set them up.  We got everything down and in boxes and packed away for another year.  We couldn't lift the big boxes with the tree in them so had to wait until our kids came over Sunday evening to put them up in the loft for us.  With Neal's shoulder giving him problems it just wasn't possible to lift them up.
