Jeff and Lynda Ann had a regional conference on Sunday at the conference center down town. Because not of the kids had been in the conference center they decided to come in. I decided with them in the city we would have a family dinner. I think one of my favorite things about the family gatherings is the adults chattering away at one table and the teenagers (Hayley and up) chattering away at the other table. The noise level is unbelievable but it is usually a ‘happy’ noise. We could not get Boston to smile. It just wasn’t his day for showing off.
I had to take a picture of the progress of Taylor’s orthodontic work. It is amazing what can be done with the jaw and the positioning of teeth to make a beautiful straight smile.
These balloons were left over from Neal’s 50th class reunion so we let the kids play with them and send them off into the atmosphere. It was fun to watch how excited Boston got when he saw them floating high above the trees.
