Saying Goodbye

 Neal and I drove down to UVU this past Monday morning and cleaned out his office.  Neal didn't say much but I think there were mixed emotions.  Bringing an end to another era in his life.  He has love teaching and loved getting acquainted with all the students over the years.  He will miss the interaction but I don't think he will miss the hours and hours of correcting and suggesting.  It is time to call it quits on the teaching circuit.

A little bitter-sweet for him but hopefully more sweet than bitter.  He sure seems a lot more relaxed and happy and not in such a hurry to get home when we go places.  That is nice.  Happy retirement!!
