Jam season

I always do raspberry and strawberry jam this time of the year.  However, this year I branched out a little and decided to do frozen peach jam.  Never done that before.  I’ve tasted lots of peach jams and never liked any of them because they taste too much like marmalade (with pineapple – yuck – in it) or they are too spiced up.  So I found a simple peach jam recipe and went for it.  I’ll let Neal and the grandkids decide if it is worth doing again.
