Our guest speaker was JoAnn Ottley. She has soloed with the Tabernacle Choir, the Utah Symphony and has sung with other orchestras in the U.S. and abroad. She appeared as a soloist in Ballet West performances. She spoke on “The Music Within Us.” It was another beautiful and very successful conference. This is a picture of Neal and 75 potatoes stuffed in our oven and ready to be baked. Obviously, we had a potato bar which was very successful. We planned on 300 and would have been better off planning on 250. We had lots of food left over but managed to give lots away.
