June 1st

I have to put a picture of this counted cross stitch that I’m working on.  It is almost overwhelming and yet I can’t wait to get it done so I’m not going to let the monotony of it get to me.  I still have so much to do and yet I can see the progress slowly but surely being made.  As you can see I only have one side partially done.  This is going to be a long time project!

Derek, if you don’t like this when I get it done, don’t tell me.  Just pretend like you think it is gorgeous even if you don’t.  I’m actually growing quite fond of it.  It isn’t something I would have ever picked out to do for me, but I have to admit it is growing on me little by little.
