Another one of Neal’s scouts earned his eagle and at the court of honor on Sunday evening, Neal presented the scout with this neckerchief slide. The scout’s hero was Moroni in the Book of Mormon. I’m amazed at Neal’s talent. I don’t think he realizes how good he is.
